Promotion Details:

  1. Promotional Period: The promotion runs from 12:00 AM AEDT on 23rd December 2024 until 11:59 PM AEDT on 29th December 2024.
  2. Eligibility:
    • This promotion is valid for all countries where Trak Racer products are sold.
    • Purchases must be made directly through Trak Racer's official channels (website or authorized distributors).
  3. Promotional Offers:
    • Spend $600 or more: Receive a free mat.
    • Spend $1,200 or more: Receive a 5% discount.
    • Spend $2,500 or more: Receive a 10% discount.
    • Spend $4,500 or more: Receive a 15% discount.

General Terms & Conditions:

  1. Eligibility Criteria:
    • The total spend amount is calculated in a single transaction and excludes shipping, taxes, or other fees.
    • Discounts and free mats are applicable only to qualifying purchases within the promotional period.
  2. Exclusions:
    • The promotion does not apply to pre-orders, backorders, or previously purchased items.
    • Gift cards and non-Trak Racer branded items are excluded from the promotion.
  3. Redemption:
    • Free mats will be automatically added to the cart at checkout when the $600 spend threshold is met.
    • Discounts are automatically applied at checkout once the qualifying spend thresholds are reached.
  4. Non-Transferable:
    • Discounts and free gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  5. Returns & Refunds:
    • If any items from a qualifying purchase are returned, and the remaining order value falls below the spend threshold, the promotional benefits (free mat or discount) will be forfeited and deducted from the refund amount.
  6. Promotional Limitations:
    • Limited stock available for free mats. Trak Racer reserves the right to substitute the free mat with a product of equal or greater value in case of stock shortages.
    • Only one promotional offer (free mat or discount) applies per transaction. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.
  7. Changes & Termination:
    • Trak Racer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
