Terms & Conditions - Giveaway

  1. Eligibility:
    • The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
    • Employees, representatives, or agents of Trak Racer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. How to Enter:
    • Sign-Up: All participants receive 1 entry upon signing up.
    • Spend to Earn Additional Entries:
      • Spend $500 to receive 5 entries.
      • Spend $1,000 to receive 30 entries.
      • Spend $2,000 to receive 100 entries.
    • Purchases must be made within the promotion period to qualify for the giveaway.
  3. Prize:
    • The  total  prize value of $48,985 USD.
    • The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives or substitutes are available.
  4. Promotion Period:
    • The promotion begins on 1st Nov 24  and ends on 31th Dec 24
    • Entries submitted outside the promotion period will not be considered.
  5. Winner Selection:
    • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
    • The winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the contest’s conclusion.
    • If the winner does not respond within 15 days of the notification, a new winner will be selected.
  6. Conditions of Participation:
    • By entering, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
    • Trak Racer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it deems fraudulent or in violation of these rules.
  7. General:
    • Trak Racer is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or incomplete entries, or any other issues that may prevent an entry from being submitted.
    • Trak Racer reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  8. Privacy:
    • By entering this competition, you grant Trak Racer the right to use your name, likeness, and any submitted images or content for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use in social media, website content, email newsletters, and other marketing materials, without further compensation or approval required. If selected as a winner, you agree to participate in promotional activities as reasonably requested by Trak Racer.
  9. Governing Law:
    • This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from this promotion will be resolved under the laws of EU, US, CA, AU and UK.
