Trak Racer Hot July Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older, who have subscribed to our newsletter. 
  2. Entry Requirements: Spend over $300 on Trak Racer products in a single transaction during the month of July to qualify for the giveaway.
  3. Prizes: Three winners will each receive a kit containing the following:
    • 1 Amp plus speaker
    • 1 Additional speaker
    • 1 Pair of gloves
    • 1 Set of headphones
  4. Entry Period: Entries are valid for purchases made from July 15, 2024 to July 31, 2024. 
  5. Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen randomly from eligible entries and notified via email within 20 days after the end of the giveaway period.
  6. Claiming Prizes: Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prizes. To receive the prize, winners must provide their name, full address, phone number within this timeframe. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
  7. Publicity: By participating, entrants agree to Trak Racer using their names, likenesses, images, and videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to EDMs, social media, and other marketing materials, without additional compensation.
  8. Privacy: Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
  9. General Conditions: Trak Racer reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice. Trak Racer is not responsible for any technical issues or delays.
  10. Governing Law: The giveaway is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trak Racer operates.
